This role owns the development and execution of our site strategy for FSAstore and HSAStore to drive revenue growth through improved site metrics. This is a player-coach role that requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. The Senior Manager will partner closely with creative, UX, data, and product teams to improve our customer journey improve our customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.\nWhat you'll do:\nSite Strategy & Revenue Growth\nOwn and drive the e-commerce strategy for FSAstore and HSAstore, with a clear focus on improving CVR, AOV, and overall revenue.\nDevelop and execute seasonal and evergreen site strategies, optimizing onsite merchandising, category prioritization, sorting rule, boosting/burring, informed by consumer insights and performance data.\nLead approval for monthly site flips and content strategy, partnering closely with Marketing on promotional calendars.\nPersonalization & Customer Experience\nBuild and scale personalized experiences across homepage, PLPs, PDPs, and product recommendations for both store brands to achieve our personalization revenue goals.\nPartner with Data Science and Product to deploy ML-driven recommendation models based on user segmentation and purchase behavior.\nOwn the personalization testing roadmap, from hypothesis development and measurement framework design through rollout and iteration.\nUse CDPs, recommendation engines, and experimentation platforms to design, launch, and optimize personalized experiences across both storefronts\nTranslate user journeys and behavioral insights into onsite experiences that drive relevance, engagement, and conversion.\nPerformance Analytics & Optimization\nOwn site reporting, co-creating reports for our customer segments and tying it back to our revenue targets\nUse A/B and multivariate testing to launch and iterate on new personalization strategies, with every initiative tied to CVR, AOV, or LTV impact\nAnalyze user behavior data to surface actionable insights across engagement, acquisition, and retention.\nEstablish clear measurement standards for personalization lift, segmentation effectiveness, and ROI.\nTeam Leadership\nManage and mentor a team of 2-4 e-commerce specialists.\nFoster a culture of performance, data rigor, and optimization across the site.\nPartner cross-functionally with creative, UX, data, and product teams to align priorities.\nWhat you'll need:\nMinimum of 5-8 years of e-commerce experience, with at least 2 years in a 2,000+ sku site.\nDemonstrated ROI ownership, you've managed a site with real revenue accountability.\nHands-on personalization experience: you've built or scaled recommendation engines, dynamic segmentation, and can speak to measurable outcomes.\nStrong analytical foundation, comfortable Excel/Sheets, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent), or building your own analyses.\nExperience running structured experimentation programs (A/B, MVT) with statistical rigor.\nFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Builder, or equivalent) and personalization/CDP vendors (Segment or equivalent).\nStrong analytical skills; comfortable in platforms like Google Analytics and other reporting tools\nExperience managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports\nHighly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment\nCompensation, Benefits, & Additional Details:\nHealth-E Commerce's compensation philosophy is grounded in market data and internal equity to ensure fairness and consistency across the team. Individuals new to the company should generally expect offers to fall between the entry point and midpoint of the salary range.
