Our ideal candidate is obsessively curious, motivated by customer outcomes, and is a technical artist.\nWe use Python, Postgres, Unix, TypeScript and React to build software. We maintain a set of internal tools to deterministically generate Python and Typescript. We obsess over how to build compounding advantages in tooling, software, and product.\nAbout the Role\nThe FSH approach to building bespoke full stack applications for our customers quickly depends on engineers’ direct interaction with customers. Your work will balance the deeply technical with the fundamentally human. You will often be asked to play the role of product thinker or aesthete, and will succeed when you obsessively demonstrate customer empathy.\nFSH client engineers work with a set of clients at a time, and balance doing compounding work or improving the platform with shipping features in consultation with the customer.
