Working Hours

(1) Monthly Salary

Base Salary: ¥236,000 - ¥471,000

- Allowances (not included in the base salary) are as follows:

Commuting Allowance: Fully Paid

Overtime Allowance: 25% Premium

*If 60 hours are worked in excess of the legal working hours in a month, the premium rate is 50%.

Night Work Allowance: 25% Premium

Holiday Allowance: 35% Premium *Applies to legal holidays.

Job Contract Period
