OTC Flow is looking for a dedicated and responsible Lunch & Kitchen Assistant to join our office. This part-time position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming kitchen and lunch environment. You'll help ensure our colleagues enjoy a well-organized and welcoming lunch experience every day. Responsibilities
- Assist our Office & Hospitality team in meal preparation, including the setup of food service areas and serving stations.
- Serve meals to employees, ensuring portion control and adherence to dietary guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
- Receive and store orders for food, beverages, and other supplies.
- Restock food, beverages, and condiments as needed.
- Collaborate to ensure a smooth lunchtime operation.
- Assist with setting up and clearing the lunch service.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained at all times.
- Support the Office Manager with general kitchen duties as needed.
Note:Duties may vary based on the specific needs and operations of the kitchen.
About you
- Previous experience in food service, kitchen, or cleaning roles is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Reliable, responsible, and proactive, with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs.
- Enjoys preparing food and creating a pleasant lunch experience for colleagues.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices is a plus.
- Comfortable working in an office environment and interacting with colleagues throughout the day.
- Currently residing in the Netherlands and eligible to work for at least 20 hours per week.
