We push for better, every time.\nAt FSS Technologies, we don’t just protect what matters - we own it, live it, and lead it.\nWhat You’ll Do\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in the installation of security and fire systems hardware.\nCollaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\nAdhere to all company policies and industry regulations.\nAssist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.\nAccurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.\nMaintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.\nProvide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nPerformance Objectives\nComplete assigned training modules and certifications within specified timelines.\nDeliver quality service and support that meets or exceeds customer expectations.\nMaintain timely and accurate service documentation.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record.\n3+ years of experience in an installation role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.\nExperience installing Kidde, DMP, Digital Watchdog, Notifier, and AiPhone preferred\nNICET 1\nKey Traits for Success:\nFamiliarity with iPhone/iPad and best practices.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nAbility to work well in a team environment.\nEagerness to learn and adapt to using hand and power tools.\nAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nTime management and organizational skills.\nPhysical Requirements\nReasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods.\nCapable of lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.\nComfortable working in various environments, including client sites and on ladders.\nMust be able to work at heights.\nMust be able to work in all weather conditions.\nWork Hours & Benefits\nCore work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with travel to customer sites required.\nComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days.\nGenerous PTO policy and six company holidays in the first year (PTO prorated year one).\nSalary & Compensation\nTarget pay: $20 - $35 per hour based on experience.\nCompany vehicle provided as soon as available, but no earlier than 90 days.\nCompany gas card.\nCommitment to Inclusion\nFSS Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
