Guided by our values of excellence, integrity, and accountability, we are building a dynamic and supportive environment where our team can grow and succeed.\nPosition Overview\nAs a Project Sales Representative - Fire Sprinkler Systems, you’ll work with clients to design, propose, and close fire sprinkler projects, ensuring their systems meet NFPA standards and local compliance requirements. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the complex world of fire protection.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and participation in industry events.\n\nConduct on-site evaluations to assess client fire protection needs and design compliant fire sprinkler solutions.\n\nPrepare and deliver detailed proposals and professional presentations to decision-makers.\n\nManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and design to project close.\n\nMaintain and grow relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.\n\nPartner closely with operations, engineering, and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.\n\nStay current on NFPA codes, local regulations, and advancements in sprinkler system technology.\n\nMaintain accurate activity records, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM system.\n\nQualifications\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required but are not necessarily all-inclusive.\nEducation & Experience\n3+ years of proven sales experience in fire sprinkler systems, fire protection, or related life safety industries (required).\n\nStrong knowledge of NFPA 13, NFPA 25, and related fire protection codes.\n\nAbility to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and hydraulic calculations.\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.\n\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record required.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.\n\nWhat We Offer\nPay range for this role is On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 - $150,000 annually (base + uncapped commission)\n\nIncentives: Performance bonuses, commission, and sales contests\n\nBenefits:\nFSS Technologies offers a full range of benefits that include medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and other ancillary products.\n\nCommitment to Inclusion\nFSS Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
