We guide our customers throughout each project phase to ensure full compliance.\nFST is looking for experienced and successful Project Managers with a background in Base Build, Tool Install, Progressive Build and Layout Dependent Projects. \nPosition Description :\nYou will be responsible for the execution of Plan of Record (POR) design for several High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) facilities using multiple project delivery and execution strategies. \nResponsibilities include the Process system’s scope, schedule, and budget for assigned construction projects. \nThe job role requires interaction with key stakeholders including customer staff, facility owners, central design and site construction to coordinate their needs into the design.\nPosition Deliverables :\nResponsibilities include coordinating design resources and schedule, managing design output, tech transfer, design quality, change control and approvals, design budgets, and performance management of the architectural and engineering vendor. \nAlso responsible for ensuring the Design Verification process and Services during Construction (SDC) AE deliverables are executed correctly. \nResponsibilities include participation in design reviews, providing constructability feedback to contracted engineering firms, and providing input to design package schedules to support an integrated construction schedule. \nEngage in contract and legal & incident investigation, safety training, and project assessment as required. \nOverall responsible for the safe and successful completion of the scope of work to ensure projects are completed with the highest degree of accuracy and success.\nMinimum Requirements & Expectations :\nEducation/ ExperienceBachelor of Science degree in Engineering a plus. Equivalent professional experience accepted. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a construction project engineering or similar role required. \nExperience with construction, startup, and turnover of facilities bulk & specialty gas, bulk chemical systems would be an added advantage. PMP certified is a plus.\n\nSkillsAbility to work effectively within a variety of management levels, between the customer (Intel) and the contractors, as well as outside clients and vendors\nStrong interpersonal skills or teamwork abilities\nEffective at problem-solving, include problem-solving methodologies, research strategies, logical reasoning, critical analysis of information and cooperative learning\nStrong verbal, written, and presentation skills\nWorking knowledge of office personal computer applications\nExperience in managing design of discipline systems\nProficiency with reading and interpreting construction contract documents\nFamiliarity with design and sizing methods for process gas and chemical distribution and treatment systems would be an added advantage\nExcellent knowledge of organic and inorganic chemistry principles, materials (carbon-steel and copper alloys and polymers) chemical compatibility, numerical analysis and statistical data analysis\nA demonstrable analytical aptitude for surface physics (high smoothness, high purity piping materials), system hazard assessment appraisals (HAZOP, HAZAN) and process control (Ladder Logic)\nBasic knowledge and/or understanding of control methods and life safety systems for process gas and chemical systems\nAbility to manage workload of multiple projects of varying complexity\nUnrestricted legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship\n\nFST Technical Services is an equal opportunity employer.\nUS Citizens and all other parties authorized to permanently work in the US are encouraged to apply.
