This is an office-based role focused on document control, commissioning coordination, project administration, and administration of EXTO, a commissioning and operational-readiness management platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and maintain EXTO, including project data, documentation, checklists, action items, deficiencies, and status tracking.\nCoordinate commissioning and operational-readiness deliverables and track items through completion.\nMaintain accurate project records, documentation, and turnover/closeout packages.\nSupport commissioning teams, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders with coordination and reporting.\nPrepare trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and project updates.\nEnsure project information is accurate, organized, and up to date.\nRequired ExperienceSenior-level experience in document control, commissioning coordination, project administration, or technical project coordination.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\nExperience in a construction, commissioning, engineering, facilities, or technical project environment.\nExperience with at least one commissioning/operational-readiness platform such as Facility Grid, CxAlloy, CxPlanner, or similar.\n PreferredEXTO experience strongly preferred.\nExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or similar construction-management software.\nSemiconductor, data center, construction, commissioning, or facilities experience.\nExperience with project closeout, turnover, or operational readiness.\nLocal to Santa Clara,
