You will work alongside the accounting team and be responsible for the day-to-day paperwork that keeps the company legally compliant: personnel files, business trips, primary documents, and archives. In your first months, a significant part of the work will be restoring document archives for previous years. This role suits someone organized and precise who wants to grow - if you lack experience in specific areas such as military registration or business trip processing, we will teach you. You will report to the Financial Controller.\nResponsibilities\nPrimary documentation\nCollect, verify, and process incoming primary documents (acts, invoices, delivery notes)\nEnter incoming documents into the accounting system\nReconcile document registers\nSend documents by post\nPrepare requested documents for external and internal audits\nPersonnel records\nProcess personnel documents for hiring, transfers, terminations, vacations, and sick leave\nPrepare applications, orders, and employment contracts\nMaintain employee personnel files and the staffing schedule\nBuild and maintain the annual vacation schedule\nKeep employee military registration records in line with Ukrainian law\nBuild and maintain the personnel records archive\nBusiness trips\nPrepare business trip documentation and calculate per diems and expenses\nPrepare expense reports and verify the supporting documents submitted with them\nArchives\nRestore archives for previous years: printing, organizing, and binding documents\nRequirements\n1+ year of experience in personnel records, document management, or accounting\nWorking knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine\nConfident PC user\nConfident with Excel, Google Sheets, BAS, M.E.Doc, and Vchasno\nAttention to detail and a structured approach to documentation\nWillingness to learn and grow\nNice to have\nEnglish language skills (B1)\nExperience with other accounting systems\nSecurity Eligibility\nOur platform is actively used by the Armed Forces in live operations.
