As a member of the Feeding America network, we will work to dismantle barriers for individuals, families, and seniors across our area - because it’s possible.\nIf you would like to learn how you can make an impact as part of our dedicated team in the Class B Driver role, we want to hear from you!\nSUMMARY\nThe Feeding Tampa Bay Class B driver is responsible for delivering product to agencies and scheduled pickup sites, and picking up product from donors within the state of Florida.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform pre-trip inspection of tractor and trailer. Report any defects immediately to the supervisor. \nPick up product from donors and obtain a signature or stamp on the route report.\nComplete truck inspection information reports. \nDeliver loads to agencies and drop products at predetermined sites for agency pickup. \nCheck product deliveries and pick tickets for order/load accuracy. \nSecure signature from agency/donor at drops and pickups. \nComplete driver paperwork reconciling pickups and drop-offs.\nMaintain a hygienic environment inside and outside of tractors and trailers\nFill out the mileage log, consisting of times and mileage to all stops. \nDebrief with supervisor regarding route conditions and executions. \nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
