You will work closely with the group IAM Architect to design and build a robust set of IAM processes and automations, identify tooling, close IAM gaps and risks, as well as develop policies to support the program.\nWhat will you do:\nIdentity Governance\nMature our Joiners, Movers, Leavers process through process design and automation implementation\n\nDocument key systems, access rights and integrations\n\nImplement RBAC permission structure\n\nPrivileged Access Management (PAM)\nAid the IAM Architect in maturing the company’s Privileged Access Management processes\n\nTrack and report on project progress with milestones and timelines\n\nUser Access Reviews\nDesign and develop an automated User Access Review process across the company\n\nEnsure reviews are documented and auditable\n\nPolicy and Standards Design\nDevelop and document IAM standards and processes\n\nTraining\nDevelop and design training for end users related to IAM\n\nProgram Measurement\nDevelop and report on KPIs and KRIs to measure the effectiveness of the IAM program\n\nUser Support\nAid users in using IAM tools and help resolve IAM queries\n\nWhat you need to bring to the table:\nHands-on experience owning or developing IAM programmes in a regulated or fast-growing tech environment\n\nExperience automating manual processes; working with APIs, scripting, basic system administration\n\nProven track record of implementing identity governance tools as well as associated processes\n\nExperience designing and implementing RBAC-based access structures\n\nStrong understanding of IAM and PAM concepts, processes, and controls\n\nGood understanding of permission, role, and account design\n\nSolid understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure\n\nFluent English, both spoken and written\n\nNice to have:\nExperience implementing or using SailPoint\n\nBackground in fintech, trading, payments, or other financial services\n\nExperience with Privileged Access Management tools\n\nWhy join the FTMO team?\nWe are a Czech fintech that, since 2015, has grown from an idea into a global project.\n\n300+ amazing teammates.
