You will turn business requests into clear plans, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and make sure projects are delivered on time, within scope and in agreed quality.\nWhat can you expect?\nEnd-to-end project delivery: You will own marketing projects and campaigns across their full lifecycle: scoping, planning, kick-off, execution, launch and post-launch evaluation.\n\nPlanning & coordination: You will break projects down into tasks and milestones in Asana, set realistic timelines, manage dependencies and keep the plan up to date.\n\nCross-functional collaboration: You will coordinate work between marketing, the creative team, product, IT, legal/compliance and BI, so everyone knows what needs to be done, by when and why.\n\nBriefing & creative requests: You will prepare clear briefs and submit requests to the creative team through the agreed intake process, then follow up on delivery, feedback and approvals.\n\nStakeholder communication: You will be the main point of contact for project stakeholders. You will run status meetings, share regular status updates and flag risks early.\n\nRisk & priority management: You will identify risks, blockers and scope changes, propose solutions and trade-offs, and escalate to the Team Lead when needed.\n\nWays of working: You will follow and help improve PMO standards (templates, status updates, capacity planning), and use automation and AI tools to work more efficiently.\n\nWhat do we expect from you?\nExperience in project management in a marketing team, digital agency or in-house environment.\n\nA proven track record of delivering campaigns, website or product launches, or other cross-functional marketing projects.\n\nHands-on experience with Asana or similar project management tools.\n\nExperience working with creative and production teams (briefing, feedback loops, approvals).\n\nExperience in fintech, trading or another regulated industry (working with legal/compliance approvals) is an advantage, not a requirement.\n\nExcellent knowledge of English and Czech, both spoken and written.\n\nStrong organisational skills, structured thinking and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to run several projects and priorities at the same time.\n\nAn ownership mindset: you drive things to completion without needing to be chased.\n\nA basic understanding of digital marketing (campaigns, channels, web, CRM/emailing) is an advantage.\n\nOpenness to using AI and automation in daily work.\n\nWhy join the FTMO team?\nWe are a Czech fintech that, since 2015, has grown from an idea into a global project.\n\n300+ amazing teammates.
