You'll own the business continuity, disaster recovery and crisis management framework end to end: mapping our important business services, setting impact tolerances, running realistic tests and turning every lesson into a concrete fix. You'll work closely with Engineering, IT, Security, Operations, Legal and senior leadership, so that resilience is designed into how we work rather than written into a binder once a year.\nWhat will you do?\nResilience framework\nOwn and maintain FTMO's operational resilience, business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) policies, standards and plans and allign them with applicable legislative and other requirements\n\nBusiness impact analysis\nIdentify important business services and map their dependencies on people, processes, technology, data and third parties\n\nContinuity and recovery planning\nBuild and keep current BC and DR plans for critical services, platforms and locations\n\nTesting and exercises\nPlan and run a regular testing programme: tabletop exercises, control testing, DR failover tests and crisis simulations etc.\n\nCrisis and incident management\nOwn the crisis management plan and communication playbooks; coordinate the crisis team during major disruptions\n\nSupport the Incident Response team on severe incidents and lead post-incident reviews for resilience lessons\n\nThird-party resilience\nAssess the resilience of critical vendors and cloud providers, including exit and substitution plans\n\nProgram Measurement\nDevelop and report on KPIs and KRIs to measure the effectiveness of the Resilience program\n\nWhat do you bring to the table?\n5+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery or operational resilience, with a proven track record of owning a programme end to end\n\nHands-on experience owning BC, DR or operational resilience programmes in a regulated or fast-growing tech environment\n\nExperience with end to end testing\n\nSolid understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure and how recovery works in practice\n\nStrong stakeholder management, comfortable challenging senior leaders\n\nFluent English, both spoken and written\n\nWhat would be nice to have?\nWorking knowledge of DORA or NIS2\n\nBackground in fintech, trading, payments or other financial services\n\nExperience with third-party risk management and vendor exit planning\n\nISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor or similar certifications are preferred, but not mandatory\n\nWhy join the FTMO team?\nWe are a Czech fintech that, since 2015, has grown from an idea into a global project.\n\n300+ amazing teammates.
