Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, delivering, and optimizing products that align with FTMO’s strategic goals. You'll also act as the bridge between business needs, technology, and customer value, ensuring that every initiative drives measurable impact.
What will you do?
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product areas.
Translate company goals into measurable OKRs and KPIs.
Lead product discovery and delivery. From problem definition to solution rollout.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams in a cross-functional setup.
Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to validate hypotheses and prioritize effectively.
Use data to inform decision-making and measure product impact.
Communicate product plans, progress, and learnings clearly across the organization.
Contribute to building consistent product processes, culture, and best practices.
What do you bring to the table?
4+ years of experience in a similar position with proven track record
Trading experience or experience from similar position in trading company would be a significant plus
Proactivity and passion about trading industry
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Fluent English
Creative thinking with great organisational skills
