Build and lead the OANDA QA team, set how we test, and make quality a shared responsibility of every delivery team. Work hand in hand with the QA Lead at FTMO so both companies follow the same standards, frameworks and quality gates.\nWhat will you do?\nLead the OANDA QA team: hiring, onboarding, performance and career development of QA engineers.\n\nDefine the QA strategy for OANDA engineering with the engineering management team, aligned with the group standards agreed with the FTMO QA Lead.\n\nBuild and maintain the test automation framework and introduce shift-left practices, so developers own testing of their code.\n\nSet quality gates in the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines for onboarding, funding, trading, user management and back-office systems.\n\nTrack and report quality KPIs: escaped defects, regressions, change failure rate, CI feedback time, meaningful test coverage.\n\nTake part in post-incident reviews from a prevention point of view and close gaps in test coverage.\n\nIntroduce AI-assisted and agentic testing, and quality gates for AI-generated code.\n\nWhat do you bring to the table?\n7+ years in software QA, including 3+ years leading QA engineers.\n\nProven experience building test automation frameworks and introducing QA standards across several teams.\n\nExperience in fintech, trading or payments is a strong advantage.\n\nEnglish at C1 level; Czech / Polish is an advantage.\n\nStrong knowledge of the SDLC, CI/CD and modern test automation (web, mobile, API).\n\nHands-on with automation tools (e.g. Playwright, API testing).\n\nUnderstanding of SRE basics: monitoring, observability, SLIs and SLOs.\n\nClear communication and ability to influence engineers and product people.\n\nWhy join the FTMO team?\nWe are a Czech fintech that, since 2015, has grown from an idea into a global project.\n\n300+ amazing teammates.
