# Traffic Manager

We are looking for an organized and meticulous Traffic Manager who will take over the daily operation of the creative pipeline for FTMO. You will physically allocate capacity in the capacity tool, perform daily triage of requests, and move tickets through the pipeline from submission to delivery. You will be the operational link between the Creative Director, the creative team, and the project team, and you will work according to the set framework. What can you expect? Daily request triage: You will process incoming requests from the intake form (BAU / campaign / project), score priority, and assign them to the creative team. Capacity allocation: You will physically manage, update, and optimize team capacity in the capacity tool, resolve overload and scheduling conflicts, and track the availability of individual team members. Ticket management: You will move tickets across the pipeline, keep statuses up to date, and escalate blocking issues. QA check: Before sending for final approval/delivery, you will check if the output matches the task (brief). Operational communication: You will be in daily contact with the creative team, requestors, Creative Director, and project team. R
