It will help power the future.\nThe pay for this position ranges from $96500 - $105000.\nPosition Summary\nThe Manager of Manufacturing Operations is responsible for strengthening the operating model, process discipline, and execution infrastructure within the Manufacturing organization. This role partners closely with Manufacturing leadership to support organizational transformation, improve cross-functional coordination, and establish consistent processes that enable reliable execution, clear accountability, and continuous improvement.\nThe role serves as a trusted advisor to Manufacturing leadership and provides hands-on leadership for process improvement, standard work, meeting cadence, documentation practices, organizational planning support, and transformation initiatives. While this position does not currently have direct reports, it is expected to influence across teams, drive follow-through, and help convert leadership priorities into practical, sustainable operating practices.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities\nPartner with the SVP Manufacturing and Manufacturing leadership team to support the ongoing transformation of the organization and support all the manufacturing scaling activities.\nResponsible for milestone tracking, cost tracking & CAPEX forecast, project & program execution,\nLead and coordinate manufacturing operations activities that improve process consistency, execution discipline, communication, and organizational effectiveness.\nCoordinate implementation and tracking of product changes, ensuring established processes are being followed.\nTranslate leadership priorities into actionable plans, process improvements, meeting structures, documentation, and follow-up mechanisms.\nDevelop, maintain, and improve Manufacturing operating processes, standard work, reference materials, and related documentation.\nSupport Manufacturing leadership meetings, town halls, business reviews, and planning forums by preparing materials, coordinating inputs, tracking actions, and ensuring timely follow-through.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Manufacturing processes, project execution, risk management, lessons learned, documentation control, and cross-functional alignment.\nIdentify process gaps, unclear ownership, execution risks, and improvement opportunities; recommend and help implement practical solutions.\nCoordinate with Manufacturing leaders, HR, Finance, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders on organizational planning, headcount planning, reporting structures, budget inputs, and related business processes.\nSupport implementation and adoption of tools, templates, metrics, and governance practices that improve Manufacturing visibility, accountability, and decision-making.\nFacilitate collaboration across Manufacturing teams to ensure consistent practices, reduce duplication, and support a scalable operating model.\nPrepare executive-level summaries, communications, updates, and presentations related to Manufacturing processes, organizational changes, and improvement initiatives.\nMaintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive organizational, employee, project, and business information.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, operations, project management, or a related field;
