We are proud of what we have built and remain focused on delivering solutions that address critical energy, environmental, and economic needs for customers and communities around the world.\nWith fuel cell installations on three continents and millions of megawatt-hours of ultra-clean power produced, FuelCell Energy is a recognized global leader in environmentally responsible power solutions.\nJoin us in advancing a cleaner, more resilient energy future.\nOverview:\nWe are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to create, plan, develop, write, and edit installation, operations, instructional, maintenance, and test procedures that support our products and operations.\nResponsibilities\nDevelops and maintains technical publications for commercial products, including business processes, procedures, policies, work instructions, and records.\nPartners with engineering and other technical teams to gather information, clarify requirements, and translate complex content into manuals and web-based documentation for technical and nontechnical audiences.\nProduces clear, accurate, and consistent materials that align with company documentation and quality standards.\nMaintains assigned documents and records within designated document management systems.\nSupports document release, issuance, and control processes to ensure accurate versioning and distribution to appropriate users.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Associate degree or higher in engineering, technology, technical communication, English, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.\nExperience: +5 years of professional technical writing experience in a high-technology, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
