This role oversees a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate receiving, staging, inventory management, and shipping of fuel cell components.\nThe supervisor ensures compliance with OSHA safety standards, company quality policies (including GMP/ISO), and 7S/5S housekeeping practices while driving continuous improvement in productivity and inventory accuracy. They serve as the primary point of contact for shift operations, collaborate with day-shift leadership and cross-functional teams, and maintain strong performance through coaching, training, and accountability.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperations Management\nSupervise daily 3rd shift warehouse activities; receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping.\nPrepare shift schedules and assign tasks to meet production and delivery deadlines.\nMonitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies using D365 ERP system\nEnsure proper handling, storage and documentation of components and mechanical equipment.\nTeam Leadership\nLead, coach, and train warehouse associates; conduct performance reviews\nFoster a positive, collaborative team environment with strong attendance and accountability\nResolve conflicts, address performance issues, and recommend hiring/promotions\nSafety and Compliance\nEnforce OSHA safety standards, 7S/5S housekeeping, and PPE compliance\nInvestigate incidents/accidents; prepare reports and implement corrective actions\nMaintain a safety-first culture; ensure all associates follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify and implement process improvements to boost productivity, reduce waste, and enhance quality\nCollaborate with Logistics, Production, and Quality teams to optimize material flow\nSupport Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO initiatives as applicable\nAdministrative Duties\nTrack attendance, tardiness, overtime, and payroll records\nCommunicate shift status, issues, and achievements to day-shift leadership and Senior Manager\nEnsure accurate completion of shipping/receiving paperwork and system transactions\nCore Competencies\nCore competencies for this role include teamwork, continuous improvement, quality, accountability, and delivering results.
