fast and seeing real results, you’ll fit right in.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou’ll design CRO-focused pages and experiments across multiple eCommerce brands:\ndesign full Shopify redesigns focused on conversion\ndesign A/B test variants quickly and cleanly\ndesign landing pages for paid traffic\ntranslate CRO strategy into clear, usable designs\ncollaborate closely with CRO specialists, PMs, developers, copywriters, and media buyers\nYou won’t work alone, a CRO strategist will guide the strategy, but you’re expected to understand CRO principles and design with intent.\nYou’re a great fit if you have\nstrong Figma skills\nexperience designing for eCommerce stores\nunderstanding of CRO and UX principles\nagency experience (required)\na portfolio that shows conversion-focused work, not
