This role is responsible for day-to-day account execution, performance management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring customers receive consistent, high-quality service while internal teams operate with clarity and discipline. The Account Manager works closely with senior account leadership and internal partners to maintain service excellence, support awarded freight and identify opportunities to enhance performance and profitability.\nRise to the challenge. Find your Fuel.\nJob Summary:\nManage the daily execution of assigned customer accounts, ensuring consistent service and operational excellence.\nServe as a primary point of contact for customer operational inquiries and issue resolution.\nProactively monitor service performance, identify exceptions, and drive timely resolution.\nTrack account-level volume, gross profit, and margin performance against targets.\nIdentify risks, margin pressure, or service gaps and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.\nSupport onboarding and stabilization of awarded freight to ensure smooth operational transitions.\nMonitor awarded volume against execution capacity and highlight potential risks.\nPrepare and present regular performance reports and account updates.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date data within internal systems and tools.\nPartner closely with Operations, Carrier Sales, Pricing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and execution feasibility.\nOther tasks as required by the business.\nSkills & Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.\n2-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain account management.\nWorking knowledge of truckload transportation and pricing fundamentals.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.\nAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes through partnership.\nPay, benefits, perks and more:\nWe’re not like the others, nor do we care to be.
