Identify requirements and propose creative and appropriate solutions to bolster\ntest automation.\nClosely work with Project engineers, Project managers and stakeholders for timely\ncompletion of projects. Maintain the software for source and version control and future\nupgrades.\nManage and architect database systems for robust data logging, analysis, and reporting.\nAssist in integrations, ensuring interoperability between various hardware and software\ncomponents. Conduct regular systems evaluations to ensure compliance with CTE safety\nand quality standards.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project completion and meet strategic\nobjectives. Provide technical support to operational teams, accepting knowledge transfer\nand sharing BKMs.\nInnovate and upskill in the latest developments in test automation, advocating for their\nadoption, as needed.\nSkills required:\nMandatory Skills:\nProgramming:\nC# / .NET: OOPs, WPF, data binding, MVVM, state management, Dependency Injection,\nVisual Studio IDE\nC & Python Programing\nData acquisition & GUI development\nSource code version control (Bit Bucket)\nCommunication Protocols:\nSerial (RS-232,422,485), Device Net, EtherCAT, Modbus, Digital\nIO, Analog IO, TCP/IP Socket, VISA.\nHardware Skills:\nATE, Data Acquisition using NI CDAQ and Beckhoff IOs, Electrical fundamentals (motion\ncontrol)\nKnowledge of working with sensors (thermal, vibration, motion, pressure, etc.)\nAncillary Skills\nAble to handle software development projects with minimal supervision.\nExperience: 4 - 6 years of relevant industry experience\nEducation: master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical/ Electronics/Computer Science\nEngineering Soft skills:\nStrong oral and written communication skills to interact with international stakeholders Good\nanalytical, troubleshooting and presentation skills\nWork hours Flexibility:\nThis job role requires 5 days working from the office and in a Lab environment.
