Experience with SAP S/4HANA and multiple implementation projects is highly preferred.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather and analyze business requirements related to management accounting and controlling processes.\nConfigure and implement SAP CO solutions based on business needs.\nWork on end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.\nConfigure and support Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Cost Controlling (PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).\nDesign and maintain cost allocation cycles, assessments, distributions, and settlements.\nCollaborate with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, PS, and ABAP teams for cross-functional integration.\nPrepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and coordinate with technical teams for developments.\nSupport data migration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.\nConduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.\nTroubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.\nParticipate in solution design workshops and client discussions.\nRequired Skills\nStrong experience in SAP CO (Controlling) configuration and support.\nHands-on experience with:Cost Center Accounting (CCA)\nInternal Orders (IO)\nProfit Center Accounting (PCA)\nProduct Cost Controlling (PC)\nProfitability Analysis (CO-PA)\nCost Element Accounting\n\nExperience with month-end and year-end closing activities.\nStrong knowledge of cost allocations, assessments, distributions, and settlements.\nExperience integrating SAP CO with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.\nAbility to prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).\nStrong understanding of business processes in manufacturing or service industries.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.\nKnowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA).\nExperience with Margin Analysis in SAP S/4HANA.\nExposure to SAP Fiori applications.\nExperience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN).\nKnowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BW reporting.\nUnderstanding of Agile and SAP advantage.\nSAP CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.\nPreferred Experience\n5-10 years of experience as an SAP CO Functional Consultant.\nMinimum of 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.\nExperience in support, rollout, and migration projects.\nExperience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.\nStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience in manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, retail, or FMCG industries.\nExposure to SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.\nExperience with SAP Group Reporting or
