transaction monitoring, and troubleshooting in high-volume EDI environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nEDI Solution Design\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into EDI functional specifications\n\nDesign and support EDI interfaces for SAP business processes\n\nDefine message structures, mappings, and partner integration requirements\n\nSAP EDI Integration\nConfigure and support SAP IDoc-based EDI integrations\n\nManage inbound and outbound EDI transactions\n\nIntegrate SAP systems with external partners including:\nCustomers\n\nVendors\n\nLogistics providers\n\nThird-party service providers\n\nBusiness Process Integration\nSupport EDI transactions across core SAP modules:\nSAP SD (Order-to-Cash)\n\nSAP MM (Procure-to-Pay)\n\nHandle EDI transactions related to:\nCustomer orders\n\nShipping notifications\n\nInvoices\n\nPurchase orders\n\nTesting & Implementation\nPrepare functional specifications and test cases\n\nSupport Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT\n\nValidate inbound and outbound EDI transactions during testing and deployment\n\nTroubleshooting & Support\nMonitor EDI transactions and resolve processing errors\n\nPerform root cause analysis for IDoc failures\n\nCollaborate with middleware and technical teams to resolve integration issues\n\nDocumentation & Governance\nMaintain interface documentation and functional specifications\n\nEnsure EDI processes comply with enterprise integration and governance standards\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nSAP Experience\n8-10 years of SAP experience\n\nStrong expertise in SAP EDI functional processes\n\nEDI Technical Knowledge\nHands-on experience with:\nSAP IDoc configuration\n\nMessage types and partner profiles\n\nALE/EDI architecture\n\nInbound and outbound IDoc processing\n\nEDI Standards\nExperience working with:\nANSI X12\n\nEDIFACT\n\nMiddleware Platforms\nExperience integrating SAP with EDI middleware such as:\nSeeburger\n\nIBM Sterling\n\nGentran\n\nOpenText\n\nSAP PI/PO or SAP CPI\n\nSAP Functional Knowledge\nGood understanding of:\nSAP SD\n\nSAP MM\n\nProcurement and Order Management processes\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong
