Fugro develops and operates its own high-precision GNSS services, enabling customers worldwide to achieve superior positioning accuracy and reliability. As part of the delivery team, you will bridge the gap between research and real world products by transforming advanced GNSS algorithms into software solutions used in the field and across our global infrastructure.\nYour role\nYou develop, maintain, and enhance software that transforms advanced GNSS algorithms into high-quality products and services used by customers worldwide;\nYou take ownership of features throughout the entire lifecycle, from design and implementation to integration, deployment, and operational support;\nYou build and improve CI/CD, packaging, and release pipelines that ensure reliable software delivery across multiple platforms;\nYou collaborate closely with research, development, and operational teams to integrate new capabilities into production environments;\nYou design and implement tools that improve software validation, testing, monitoring, and feedback from end users;\nYou contribute to high software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and Agile development practices;\nYou document critical systems and share knowledge proactively to strengthen team resilience and reduce operational risks;\nYou support the integration of Fugro’s solutions with partner systems and provide technical assistance to customers when needed.\nYour track record\nYou hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Navigation Technology, Geodesy, or a related technical discipline;\nYou bring several years of experience in a software engineering, systems engineering, or software product development environment;\nYou are proficient in C/C++ development and have experience with Python or similar languages for tooling and automation;\nYou have hands-on experience with embedded systems, Linux-based environments, and software deployment in production settings;\nYou are familiar with CI/CD pipelines, software packaging, release management, and DevOps principles;\nYou apply a systems engineering mindset and can effectively balance software, hardware, and operational requirements;\nYou communicate fluently in English, work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, and ideally bring knowledge of GNSS, high-precision positioning, Agile tooling, and AI-assisted software development.\nWhat we offer\nA diverse and inclusive working environment;\nA gross monthly salary between €4400 and €5400, depending on your relevant experience.
