For individuals who can take the initiative but work well within a team.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the maintenance, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of ROV systems and associated equipment.\nAssist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational readiness.\nPrepare and test ROV systems, tooling, and ancillary equipment for project mobilisation and offshore deployment.\nConduct functional testing of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems.\nMaintain accurate maintenance records, asset data, test reports, and technical documentation using company systems.\nSupport inventory management, equipment tracking, and certification compliance activities.\nParticipate in ROV refurbishment, upgrade, and technology improvement projects.\nContribute to innovation initiatives involving robotics, remote operations, automation, digital solutions, and AI-enabled maintenance tools.\nEnsure compliance with company QHSSE standards, procedures, and safe working practices at all times.\nRequirements:\nMust be a UAE national with a Family Book.\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\n0-2 years of engineering or technical experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.\nFoundational knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or control systems.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.\nProfessional working proficiency in English.\nEagerness to learn and develop technical expertise in ROV systems, robotics, and offshore technologies.\nHands-on mindset with the ability and willingness to work directly with equipment in a workshop environment.\nWhat we offer\nFugro provides a positive work environment as well as projects that will satisfy the most curious minds.
