Strategic Alignment with NSI Service Line (Americas)\nAct as theprimary LATAM counterpart to the NSI Service Line\nEnsure alignment between:Global NSI strategy and LATAM execution capability\nTechnology deployment and asset strategy\nStandards, methodologies, and workflows\n\nDrive two-way integration:Adapt global capabilities to regional conditions\nFeed LATAM requirements and opportunities into global roadmap\n\nCo-lead strategic bids and complex opportunities requiring service line involvement\n2. Technical Leadership - Nearshore Applications Focus\nLead application-driven technical support for nearshore and marine projects\nMaintain deep expertise in LATAM nearshore applications, including:LNG and FLNG developments\nDesalination intake/outfall systems\nOffshore wind (fixed and floating)\nCoastal and port infrastructure\n\nTranslate applications into:Standardized investigation approaches\nExecution methodologies\nScalable delivery frameworks\n\nProvide senior technical authority in key client engagements and solution definition\n3. Operational Leadership & Execution Accountability (NSI)\nOwn technical and operational readiness for NSI and integrated marine projects:Resource planning (people, equipment, spreads, vessels as applicable)\nExecution strategies and methodologies\nLogistics and mobilization planning\n\nEnsure alignment betweenas-bid and as-executed delivery\nAct asregional authority on NSI execution methodology, in coordination with Service Line\nSupport resolution of technical and operational challenges during execution\n4.
