Reviews output and adjusts color, contrast, light and dark factors, as well as positioning of the image (i.e.-image is reversed or upside down), and any other factors affecting the quality of the output. \nOperates and maintains digital print engine and equipment with limited assistance. Ability to keep multiple print engines running simultaneously. Prioritizes processing according to processing time used and volume. \nTroubleshoots equipment and quality issues and performs maintenance within the Xerographic area. Maintains logs and accurately records service calls. Performs directed press color checks / Print Engine maintenance /Xerographic calibration. \nEnsures accuracy and consistency of xerographic output. Continually inspects jobs coming off press for completeness, accuracy, and defects. Adjusts if tolerances reach upper or lower limit quality standards. Forwards complete work to appropriate departments for completion. \nKeeps all products organized and in the proper location. Dumps trash and recycle items in proper locations. Cleans and maintains products, machines, and / or work areas. \nDetermines the materials and supplies needed for production before beginning production and to ensure it is ordered to prevent down time. \nCommunicates effectively, efficiently, and appropriately with all employees. Be able to be a team player and assist other team members to complete other task. \nProvide employee with basic training on the equipment.\nResponsible for training employees pursuing Xerox certification.\nFollows established EHS guidelines as pertains to safety, PPE, etc. \nCompletes all paperwork required according to procedures. \nMonitors connections to ensure data is being transmitted to the proper area for billing purposes.\nRequired Skills/Education\n1-3 years in production related to digital printing\nIGEN 4 or 5 Certification (Xerox certification)\nHigh School Education or equivalent\nExhibits a safety-first attitude in all that is done, from proper personal protection equipment compliance to keeping the work environment safe and hazard-free. Compliance with all workplace and safety standards required.\nProficient in computer skills\nTechnical and mechanical experience in printing/operating, especially digital printing preferred.\nMeticulous attention to detail to ensure all materials added are accurate.\nResponsibility for work produced and problem-solving skills to fix errors.\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey information to others to ensure quality standards are achieved.\nAbility to stand and move around the work area for long periods of time.\nPossess skills to
