devices \nCommunicate in a polite and professional manner with all levels of the business\nWork independently and manage time effectively\nPerform software and hardware installations\nConfigure, diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware and software\nAssist with computer moves/adds/changes and other related duties and tasks as required or assigned\nParticipate in IT projects as required\nExperience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office products\nHave an interest in learning about AI use within a business\nQualifications\nAssociates degree or 3-5 years relevant
