We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers\nJob Description\nPrincipal Accountabilities\nPartner across functions to resolve business system issues requiring SAP module integration and build consensus on common business practices to deliver cost-effective process improvements.\nDevelop and maintain advanced analytics, dashboards, and reports with Alteryx and Tableau; translate business questions into actionable insights and ensure timely delivery of operational reports (e.g., current stock, open POs, pricing, turnover).\nCollaborate with FUJIFILM Biotechnology sites and Global IT/SAP teams to maximize ERP and analytics value; coordinate global updates and changes and perform site impact assessments.\nLead and participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and maintenance initiatives, including project team leadership and execution.\nTranslate high-level business requirements into detailed business and functional specifications to enable scalable technological solutions.\nConfigure systems; perform testing and validation; deliver end-user training and support; mentor and train direct reports; maintain the site-wide training program for new and existing users.\nApply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to triage and resolve system issues quickly; perform data cleansing, audit, and validation aligned to Data Governance standards.\nServe as the site Subject Matter Expert for the FLBT SAP system and act as the primary point of contact for Regulatory and Financial audits.\nPerform other duties and projects as assigned.\nRequired Skills & Abilities\nSAP S/4HANA experience with knowledge of Warehouse Management, Quality Management, Production Planning, Material Master, Procure to Pay, and Sales and Distribution modules within the Engineer to Order framework.\nAdvanced SQL and business intelligence experience\nAbility to translate business requirements into reports through data warehouse and reporting tools, specifically Tableau and Alteryx.\nAbility to coordinate projects between site and global teams.\nUser training experience with the ability to modify teaching techniques to a wide array of audiences.\nSupervision experience with the ability to coordinate and organize resources; and grow and mentor direct reports.\nStrong analytical and logical problem-solving skills to investigate issues, determine root causes, and propose solutions\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to discuss complex technical concepts with non-technical audiences.\nCustomer service focused with the ability to develop strategic relationships.\nAbility to work effectively under extreme pressure to meet deadlines.\nProject management skills.\nAbility to develop and maintain business and technical documentation.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nThe following roles will report directly to the SAP Support Manager: SAP Support Specialists, Supply Chain Analysts, and/or Independent Contractor Roles as required.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree and eight (8) years of combined experience in supply chain and/or an SAP support role; OR\nAssociates degree and ten (10) years of combined experience in supply chain and/or an SAP support role\nPrevious experience with SAP S/4HANA design or implementation.\nPrevious experience with SAP EWM design or implementation.\nPrevious experience with Alteryx, Tableau or other data warehouse and reporting tools.\nProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).\nA minimum of six (6) years of previous leadership experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business Administration with IS, IT or Computer Science Coursework.\nDegree in Supply Chain or Engineering with extensive ERP implementation and support experience.\nWorking Conditions & Physical Requirements\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
