Your work will reduce risk, prevent rework, and enable confident, compliant growth across our global network.\nPlease use this application link if you are applying to the role to work from our United Kingdom facility or Denmark facility.\nWhy this role matters\nShape security by design: Embed cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure requirements into every solution-strengthening resilience across IT, OT, data, and application domains.\n\nDrive clarity and speed: Illuminate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early so FLBG teams can deliver predictably and at scale.\n\nProtect reputation and revenue: High-quality architecture prevents delivery delays, mitigates compliance exposure, and enables secure digital innovation for our clients and patients.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nTranslate requirements into end-to-end solution designs within Enterprise Security, including system interactions, data flows, and integration points.\n\nProduce and maintain architecture artifacts (diagrams, data flows, interface definitions, technology selections) to guide design decisions and delivery teams.\n\nIdentify whether initiatives meet ARB entry criteria (e.g., cross-domain impact, regulatory scope, new technology, high-risk design) and prepare required inputs for review.\n\nPerform architecture impact assessments for new initiatives, including dependencies across IT, OT, data, and security domains.\n\nDefine and validate solution design options (e.g., build vs. buy, pattern selection, integration approaches) and support decision-making with documented trade-offs.\n\nReview designs to ensure alignment with approved patterns and reference architectures; flag deviations requiring governance review.\n\nPartner with engineering and delivery teams to clarify design intent, resolve design issues, and ensure correct implementation of architecture.\n\nIdentify and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring sequencing and integration points are clearly understood and planned.\n\nEnsure security, compliance, and infrastructure requirements are embedded in solution designs (e.g., GxP, identity, data protection, connectivity).\n\nSupport release readiness by validating that architecture-related dependencies, risks, and constraints are addressed prior to deployment.\n\nDocument and track architecture risks, exceptions, and technical debt, including mitigation or remediation plans.\n\nAnd other job duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum education requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nPreferred cybersecurity certifications: SABSA, CISSP.\n\nMinimum experience requirements\n8+ years of experience in enterprise security-specific architecture or engineering.\n\nExperience translating requirements into solution designs and architecture artifacts.\n\nExperience working across multiple teams and domains (e.g., cyber, infrastructure, data).\n\nFamiliarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (where applicable).\n\nExperience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP, ISO 27001) preferred.\n\nKnowledge of Security Frameworks - NIS2 /GDPR (Europe) is strongly preferred.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nStrong expertise in enterprise security technologies and architecture.\n\nAbility to design and document end-to-end solutions and integrations.\n\nUnderstanding of cross-domain dependencies (IT, OT, security, data).\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills; crisp articulation of trade-offs and risk.\n\nEffective communication and stakeholder coordination in global, cross-functional environments.\n\nHow you’ll operate\nOwn architecture input and design quality within the Enterprise Security domain.\n\nSupport solution architecture and ARB decision-making inputs.\n\nIdentify dependencies, risks, and complexity across initiatives; escalate when needed.\n\nInterface with Solution Architecture Lead, Enterprise Architecture, and delivery teams; align with enterprise standards while balancing real-world delivery constraints.\n\nGlobal role requiring coordination across time zones; occasional off-hours engagement as needed.\n\nYour impact from day one\nLift design quality and consistency across FLBG’s security initiatives-reducing rework and cycle time.\n\nBuild confidence with clear governance inputs, ready-for-release solutions, and transparent risk management.\n\nEnable secure, scalable digital capabilities that help FLBG deliver for clients and patients-safely, quickly, and at global scale.\n\nThis is a global position that will support all our FUJIFILM Biotechnologies sites.
