The role is responsible for managing cloud and infrastructure operations across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and on-premise environments, while ensuring service reliability, SLA achievement, security compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of managed services.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n1. Cloud Operations & Service Management\nLead day-to-day cloud and infrastructure operations, including incident, problem, change, capacity, and availability management.\nEnsure service availability, performance, SLA compliance, operational governance, and customer satisfaction.\nLead major incident management, root-cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and service improvement plans.\nCreate, update, and maintain operation documents, runbooks, SOPs, service reports, and technical procedures.\n2. Multi-Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Management\nOversee the deployment, maintenance, support, and optimization of infrastructure on AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise platforms.\nDevelop and implement operating models for hybrid cloud environments, including connectivity, backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery.\nManage infrastructure resource allocation, utilization, performance, and cost optimization across cloud and on-premise environments.\nEnsure operational readiness for new cloud solutions before transition to production support.\n3. Technical Leadership & Solution Support\nAct as a technical escalation point and consultant for complex hybrid cloud infrastructure issues.\nSupport cloud architecture review, solution design, migration planning, and service transition activities.\nCollaborate with solution architects, project managers, security teams, and vendors to deliver reliable managed services.\n4. Security, Compliance & Governance\nWork with security teams to ensure cloud environments comply with internal policies, customer requirements, and external regulations.\nReview identity access controls, network security, backup, audit readiness, and cloud security posture.\nDrive standards and best practices for cloud governance, operational controls, and risk management.\n5. Automation, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement\nEvaluate and introduce new tools, technologies, and practices to improve operational efficiency and service quality.\nDrive automation initiatives using cloud-native automation, scripting, Infrastructure as Code, and ITSM workflow integration.\nImplement and improve monitoring, alerting, reporting, dashboards, and AIOps practices across hybrid cloud environments.\n6. Team Leadership, Vendor & Customer Management\nLead, mentor, and develop the cloud operations team to meet high-performance standards and organizational goals.\nManage resource planning, skill development, shift coverage, workload allocation, and performance follow-up.\nCoordinate with cloud service providers, infrastructure vendors, managed service partners, and key customers.\nPrepare operational reports and present service performance, risks, issues, and improvement plans to management and customers.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nBachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Business, or related fields.\nExperience\nMinimum 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud operations, technical support, managed services, or service delivery.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in team leadership, operations management, or service/project management.\nExperience managing enterprise customers, complex customer service issues, implementation projects, and mission-critical systems.\nExperience in multi-cloud and hybrid on-premise environments is required.\nTechnical Knowledge and Experience Requirements\nIn-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, private cloud, and hybrid cloud models.\nStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware vSphere/vCenter, Hyper-V, storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.\nStrong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices, including VMs, networking, IAM, SQL/PaaS services, RDS/database services, web applications, containers, and Kubernetes services.\nSolid knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, load balancers, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid connectivity.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and ITSM tools such as Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, GCP Operations Suite, Zabbix, and Jira Service Management.\nHands-on experience or strong knowledge in automation tools such as, Azure Automation, AWS Systems Manager, PowerShell,\nKnowledge of database platforms such as SQL Server concepts is an advantage.\nUnderstanding of security and compliance standards such as ISO27001, and cloud security best practices is an advantage.\nCertifications Preferred\nAWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Microsoft Azure Administrator/Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, ITIL Foundation/ITIL 4, or equivalent certifications.\nSoft Skills\nStrong leadership, people management, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.\nExtensive troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nGood management, communication, negotiation, presentation, and executive reporting skills.\nCustomer-service mindset with ability to deal with complex customer and vendor situations.\nAble to work under pressure and time constraints;
