(Ottawa/Gatineau).\nWorkstyle: Hybrid - Must be prepared work onsite a minimum of 3 days a week.\nFulltime - Consultants will become fulltime/regular employees of Fujitsu North America's Consulting Team\nSecurity Clearance: Candidates must currently hold or have ability to qualify for a Government of Canada Security Clearance at the Reliability level.\nClassification: This job posting is to fill an existing vacancy within our organization.\nResponsibilities\nArchitect, build, and maintain a scalable AI-assisted automated testing framework from the ground up.\nLead the design and execution of performance, load, and stress testing, and analyze results to identify bottlenecks.\nDevelop and own comprehensive regression testing suites to protect quality across frequent releases.\nIntegrate AI-assisted tools to generate, maintain, and continuously optimize test cases and test data.\nEmbed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and champion shift-left, continuous testing practices.\nValidate AI-enabled features such as intelligent search, recommendations, and automation.\nDefine test strategy, coverage standards, and quality metrics, and report on them to stakeholders.\nMentor junior developers and testers, and review automation code for quality and maintainability.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, governance, and security in delivered solutions.\nMandatory Skills & Experience\n5+ years of professional experience as a software developer.\nDemonstrated experience designing and building automated testing frameworks, not only writing test cases.\nStrong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript).\nHands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or pytest).\nProven experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, or Gatling).\nExperience designing and maintaining regression testing suites for complex applications.\nExperience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).\nFamiliarity with the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to mentor and collaborate.\nNice-to-Have Skills\nExperience with AI-assisted development or testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or Copilot Studio).\nExperience leading a test automation initiative or mentoring a QA/automation team.\nAwareness of AI-enabled tools and frameworks such as Azure Cognitive Services.\nExperience with containerization and cloud deployment (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure).\nUnderstanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.\nExposure to semantic search or AI-driven content retrieval.\nKnowledge of accessibility standards and bilingual UI considerations.\nExperience supporting regulated or public sector environments.\nBilingual or multilingual communication skills.\nGeneral Requirements\nMust reside in the Ottawa/Gatineau area.\nHybrid work arrangement - onsite at least three days per week, with additional days as needed.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nCommitment to quality and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively.\nWillingness to learn new tools and technologies.\nEligibility for Reliability Security status; minimum five years’ residency in Canada.\nAs of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is:\n$85,568 to $106, 960 CAD\nPlacement in the range depends on several factors such as experience and skills and may change over time.
