In this role, you will move beyond identifying opportunities and documenting requirements. You will help design, build, test, and implement technology-driven solutions that improve processes and deliver measurable outcomes.\nWhat you will do\nAnalyse business processes and identify opportunities for standardisation, simplification, automation, and performance improvement.\nDocument current processes and help design future processes and operating models.\nEngage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear business and solution requirements.\nAssess feasibility, dependencies, risks, and expected business value, and recommend suitable delivery approaches.\nDesign, build, configure, test, and implement digital and automation solutions using approved technologies.\nPrepare technical and user documentation, and support handover, adoption, and post-implementation stabilisation.\nCreate executive summaries, reports, dashboards, and presentations that support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.\nContribute to change-management and user-adoption activities throughout implementation.\nWhat you bring\nRequired qualifications and experience\nAt least two years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, transformation, or a related field. \nDemonstrated hands-on experience building, configuring, or implementing digital solutions, rather than only documenting requirements.\nPractical experience building or configuring solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, and Python.\nA strong understanding of process automation concepts and technologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.\nThe ability to assess both the business and technical feasibility of proposed solutions.\nExperience analysing datasets, interpreting data visualisations, and deriving actionable insights.\nKnowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and modern collaboration platforms.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP.\nFluent business English, both written and spoken.\nThe ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders and work in cross-functional and international environments.\nAdditional experience that would be valuable\nExperience designing, developing, or implementing solutions using AI or generative AI technologies.\nUnderstanding of RPA, workflow automation, and current digital transformation trends.\nExperience developing interactive dashboards or reporting solutions using Power BI, Qlik Sense, or comparable tools.\nExperience with process-mapping or process-analysis tools such as Visio, Signavio, or Celonis.\nExperience contributing to projects or improvement initiatives, for example as a milestone owner.\nStrong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nA customer-oriented and continuous-improvement mindset.\nBusiness awareness, goal orientation, flexibility, and a practical, solution-focused approach.\nAt Fujitsu, we are committed to an inclusive recruitment process that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all applicants.
