The co-op will work with HR, recent new hires, business stakeholders, and executives to identify onboarding needs, develop onboarding content, and establish a sustainable onboarding program. This role provides hands-on experience in employee experience, program design, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development.\nKey Responsibilities\nEmployee Research and Needs Assessment\nInterview recent new hires and stakeholders to understand onboarding needs.\nAnalyze employee feedback and onboarding-related survey results.\nAssess existing onboarding resources and identify content gaps.\nProgram Development\nDesign and develop onboarding materials and resources.\nCreate content covering company strategy, products/services, organizational structure, and key resources.\nDevelop recommendations for ongoing program operation.\nStakeholder Engagement\nCollaborate with HR and business leaders to validate content.\nPresent recommendations and materials to leadership.\nSupport executive buy-in and program implementation.\nContinuous Improvement\nGather participant feedback.\nRecommend content and process improvements.\nSupport ongoing enhancement of the onboarding experience.\nRequired Qualifications\nPursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field\nStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively.\nInterest in employee experience and organizational development.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience or coursework in HR, employee experience, learning & development, or change management.\nStrong Microsoft 365 skills.\nExperience developing presentations or training materials.\nFamiliarity with AI or automation tools is a plus.\nWhat You'll Gain\nExperience designing and launching an HR program.\nExposure to employee experience and organizational development initiatives.\nOpportunities to engage with business leaders and executives.\nExperience conducting research, developing content, and presenting recommendations.\nInsight into how a global organization supports employee onboarding and engagement.\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate will work 15-20 hours per week, in a hybid role, and will be expected to work on campus in our Dallas office location.\nThe ideal candidate is curious, empathetic, organized, and eager to learn how employee experience programs are designed and implemented in a global organization.\nThey enjoy listening to different perspectives, organizing complex information, creating clear and engaging content, and turning feedback into practical solutions.\nThe successful candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of a stand-alone project while seeking input and building alignment across stakeholders. They should be willing to work with colleagues from different functions, organizational levels, and cultural backgrounds.\nThe ideal candidate is also interested in understanding both the employee perspective and the business perspective. They recognize that an effective onboarding program should help new employees feel supported while also giving them the information necessary to understand the organization and contribute effectively.\nAs of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is: $18/hr to $25/hr.
