Working closely with both local and international colleagues, you will help embed information security across the organization, ensuring resilience, compliance and trust in everything we do.\nYou will work closely with the Europe CISO Function, business leaders and other security stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, corporate security frameworks and customer requirements. You will also drive Fujitsu Sweden's Information Security Management capability, ensuring that security governance, risk management and compliance are embedded across our business operations.\nAs part of a broader global security community, you will collaborate with Information Security Officers, Security Advisors and technical security specialists across Fujitsu. While each role brings its own area of expertise, we work together with a shared purpose: protecting our people, customers, operations and reputation.\nAs an Information Security Officer, you will:\nLead and continuously develop Fujitsu Sweden's Information Security Management System (ISMS).\nEnsure compliance with information security legislation, customer requirements, corporate policies and recognised security standards.\nTranslate regional and global information security strategy into practical local implementation.\nDrive security governance, risk management and compliance activities across the business.\nMonitor, assess and continuously improve Fujitsu Sweden's information security posture.\nReport information security risks, metrics and performance to senior management and relevant governance forums.\nCoordinate internal and external security audits, ensuring effective remediation of identified findings.\nLead information security awareness and education initiatives across the organization.\nCoordinate cyber incident management, security reporting and post-incident improvement activities.\nAct as a trusted advisor to the Swedish Leadership Team on information security matters.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, auditors and relevant authorities.\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n5+ years of experience in information security, cyber security, governance, risk and compliance (GRC) or a related field.\nGood knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework or CIS Controls.\nExperience in Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), risk management and security governance.\nExperience coordinating audits, compliance activities and security improvement programmes.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English.\nGood IT knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.\nThe ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.\nSuccess in this role requires more than technical expertise.
