detailed issues reports and present them to customers.\nCreate weekly reports and present them to both customers and supervisors.\nMaintain and understand team inventories (Configuration Management) well.\nCreate and conduct training sessions for team members or customers.\nIdentify and resolve conflicts between or among team members.\nQUALIFICATIONS: \nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT or related fields.\nAt least five years’ experience in IT operation fields.\nStrong knowledge some IT infrastructure areas such as hardware, operating system, storage, backup, and monitoring.\nExperience in team management with at least three members is a big advantage.\nSystematic and critical thinking is non-negotiable.\nAble to deliver small projects using team resources and knowledge.\nCreate and manage infrastructure script in any language.\nExperience in the automotive manufacturing business will be a plus.\nAble to work on non-office hours and holidays.\nAble to manage team with an age difference.\nStrong Service-minded and interpersonal skills.\nConfidence in English communication in both verbal and
