We are looking for someone who can work proactively whilst reacting to live incidents, as they are reported, on the estate. If you are looking to develop your own knowledge and skill set, this could be the role for you.\nYour role will involve raising and supporting technical escalations from the customer which come through the service desk to ultimate resolution from a 1st and 2nd line perspective, escalating to the 3rd line team when applicable. You will work as part of a small 2nd line team providing direct support to the estate by monitoring live events.\nYour transferable skills and experience:\nWindows 10-11\nITSM Toolset - SCSM, SCCM, SCOM\nMS Office 2016-Office 365\nVMWare desktop and server solutions\nExperience as a 2nd line engineer\nExperience in end user device Builds / configuration / Security\nPlease note: It’s still worth applying even if you do not meet all the requirements above.
