You will provide responsive, professional and technically advanced support for modern endpoint environments with a particular focus on Microsoft Intune, mobile device management and Apple platforms. You will act as a 3rd line technical specialist, resolving complex incidents and escalations, implementing service changes and supporting the continuous improvement of managed device services. You will have the opportunity to work with current endpoint-management technologies and further develop your expertise within the Remote Infrastructure Department.
