Cloud, Defender for Office 365, and Defender Vulnerability Management.\nDesign Microsoft Sentinel SIEM and SOAR solutions, including data onboarding, analytics, automation, workbooks, threat hunting, and incident workflows.\nDesign identity security using Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management, and identity governance capabilities.\nDesign data security and compliance solutions using Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and compliance capabilities.\nDesign endpoint and device security capabilities using Microsoft Intune and associated security baselines.\nDefine integrations across Microsoft security services, Azure, on-premises platforms, third-party security technologies, and IT service management platforms.\nSecurity Architecture and Consulting\nLead cybersecurity architecture assessments, advisory engagements, and transformation programs.\nDesign enterprise security architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles and customer business objectives.\nDevelop high-level designs, low-level designs, reference architectures, security roadmaps, and implementation patterns.\nAssess customer security posture and translate security gaps into clear business and technology risks.\nDesign identity, endpoint, cloud, network, data protection, and security operations capabilities.\nAdvise technical and executive stakeholders on cyber strategy, governance, risk, and compliance.\nAlign recommendations with relevant frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and customer regulatory obligations.\nPre-Sales and Business Development\nSupport account and sales teams in customer pursuits and strategic opportunities.\nLead discovery sessions, technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution demonstrations.\nDevelop Statements of Work, proposals, solution designs, assumptions, dependencies, effort estimates, and delivery approaches.\nPresent proposed architectures and business outcomes to technical and executive audiences.\nIdentify opportunities for advisory, implementation, optimization, and recurring managed security services.\nDelivery Leadership\nProvide architectural leadership from discovery through design, implementation, transition, and operational acceptance.\nGovern solution quality and confirm that delivery remains aligned with approved architecture and customer requirements.\nManage technical risks, architectural decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and design exceptions.\nReview customer implementations and recommend improvements that increase security value and reduce risk.\nMentor consultants, engineers, and junior architects, and contribute to practice capability development.\nService Innovation and Thought Leadership\nCreate reusable reference architectures, delivery accelerators, templates, workshops, and technical enablement materials.\nContribute field insight to Fujitsu cybersecurity service development and continuous improvement.\nProduce whitepapers, blogs, webinars, executive briefings, and other thought-leadership content.\nStay current with Microsoft security, cloud infrastructure, AI security, regulatory developments, and industry good practice.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nTechnical Expertise\nIdentity and Access Management: Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, PIM/PAM, identity governance, SSO, and federation.\nSecurity Operations: Microsoft Sentinel, SIEM, SOAR, threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response, security monitoring, and analytics.\nMicrosoft Defender Suite: Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Office 365, and vulnerability management.\nCloud and Platform Security: Microsoft Azure security, CSPM, workload protection, hybrid security architecture, and integration with third-party platforms.\nData Security and Compliance: Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, DLP, data governance, and compliance management.\nArchitecture and Risk: Security principles, enterprise architecture, threat modelling, risk management, control design, and security governance.\nProfessional Experience\nMandatory\n10+ years of cybersecurity experience.\n5+ years of Microsoft security architecture or engineering experience.\nDemonstrated experience designing enterprise security architectures and leading customer-facing consulting engagements.\nExperience developing SOWs, proposals, solution designs, delivery estimates, and technical presentations.\nAbility to communicate security gaps and associated business risks to executives.\nStrong consulting, problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work independently, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within agreed scope.\nFlexibility to support customers remotely and on-site; travel may be required based on engagement needs.\nPreferred\nExperience in MSSP, MDR, SOC transformation, security advisory, cloud transformation, or global delivery environments.\nExposure to OT/IoT security, AI security, enterprise architecture, and security service development.\nWorking knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, VMware, and hybrid infrastructure security.\nExperience collaborating with Microsoft sellers, partner teams, and customer technical stakeholders.\nCertifications\nRequired or Expected\nMicrosoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100), or willingness to achieve an agreed Microsoft security certification within six months of joining.\nOne or more role-aligned Microsoft certifications such as SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500, or equivalent.\nPreferred\nCISSP, CCSP, CISM, CRISC, SABSA, TOGAF, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.\nPostgraduate qualification in cybersecurity, technology, or business is advantageous.\nSuccess Measures\nCustomer satisfaction and demonstrable security outcomes.\nQuality, practicality, and governance of security architectures and designs.\nSuccessful delivery of Microsoft security transformation engagements.\nContribution
