The position is within our Stockholm-based Network team, part of Hybrid IT Services.\nThis role plays a central part within the team and offers the opportunity to become a trusted network expert across the organization. We are looking for someone, who has a strong background in implementing and developing large-scale network solutions, a solid understanding of network infrastructure fundamentals, and a hands-on approach to network architecture and design.\nProficiency in Swedish is a plus, while fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.\nWe are looking for:\nExtensive experience operating and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point), along with experience in Cisco, Cisco ISE, and HPE/Aruba troubleshooting, and a solid understanding of best-practice configurations.\nDeep understanding of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP).\nIn-depth knowledge of firewall architectures and technologies (Palo Alto, Juniper, Fortinet/FortiGate).\nProficient in implementing VPN solutions (Site-to-Site and GlobalProtect).\nSkilled in performing packet captures, analyzing traffic flows, and interpreting logs.\nProactive, analytical mindset with a strong focus on root-cause analysis.\nSolid understanding of automation, Ansible/Python, and Linux.\nStrong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of taking a lead role when needed, and able to remain calm under pressure.\nBonus if you have:\nExperience with monitoring and alerting tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Op5, Cisco Catalyst Center, etc.).\nFamiliarity with Linux networking tools (tcpdump, traceroute, iptables).\nNetwork/security certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, or CCSA/CCSE.\nIn this role, you will:\nPlay a key role in a high-availability environment where your expertise has direct impact.\nCollaborate in a culture centered on teamwork, continuous learning, and technical excellence.\nHave opportunities to cross-train in automation, security, and advanced routing.\nBenefit from flexible working conditions and modern tools to support your work.\nFor the consultant/employee selected for the role, checks of public registers and records relating to financial and legal status will be conducted.
