We collaborate with our customers to co-create solutions that drive enterprise-wide digitalization while actively working to address social issues and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).\nSenior SAP MM Senior Consultant\nExperience:\n5+ years of SAP experience, including significant hands-on experience with SAP MM (Material Management)\nRole Overview\nCandidate will bring strong functional expertise across SAP Materials Management (MM) together with practical experience delivering SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversions. The role will involve working across the full conversion lifecycle, from assessment and preparation through functional remediation, testing, cutover and post-go-live support.\nThe consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, data migration teams, integration teams and program leadership to ensure that the MM solution is successfully transitioned to S/4HANA while maintaining business continuity.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. SAP MM Functional Leadership\nAct as the SAP MM Subject Matter Expert within S/4HANA transformation and conversion program´s.\nOwn functional design and solution decisions for MM-related processes.\nAnalyze existing ECC MM processes and identify opportunities for simplification and standardization in S/4HANA.\nLead fit-to-standard / fit-gap assessments.\nDesign and document future-state MM processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.\n2. SAP ECC to S/4HANA Conversion\nLead and support MM activities across SAP S/4HANA system conversion, including:\nSAP S/4HANA readiness and impact assessments.\nAnalyze existing ECC MM configuration and custom developments.\nIdentify S/4HANA simplification items relevant to MM.\nAssessing business impacts arising from S/4HANA changes.\nSupport execution and resolution of SAP Simplification Item requirements.\nReview relevant SAP Notes and release-specific changes.\nAnalyze custom code and enhancements impacting MM processes.\nSupport remediation of functional and configuration issues.\nReview interfaces and integrations impacted by the conversion.\nSupport data consistency and master-data readiness activities.\nParticipate in conversion mock cycles and dress rehearsals.\nSupport cutover planning and execution.\nProvide hyper care and post-go-live support.\n3. S/4HANA Procurement & Master Data\nStrong understanding of the S/4HANA procurement architecture is expected, including:\nBusiness Partner / Supplier integration.\nMaterial Master changes in S/4HANA.\nInventory Management changes.\nSAP Fiori applications relevant to MM.\nNew and changed procurement functionality.\nOutput Management considerations.\nFlexible Workflow.\nMRP integration with MM.\nFinance integration and account determination.\nIntegration with SAP Ariba, where applicable.\nIntegration with Warehouse Management / EWM, where applicable.\nExperience with Material Ledger / Actual Costing and its integration with MM is desirable.\n4. Integration\nWork closely with other SAP workstreams to ensure end-to-end process integration.\nKey integration areas include:\nMM-FI\nMM-CO\nMM-SD\nMM-PP\nMM-QM\nMM-WM/EWM\nSAP Ariba / external procurement platforms\nThird-party warehouse and supplier systems\nInterfaces using IDoc, RFC, APIs and other integration technologies\nThe consultant should be capable of identifying integration impacts and coordinating resolution with the relevant functional and technical teams.\n5. Testing\nLead or support the MM testing strategy across the S/4HANA conversion lifecycle.\nResponsibilities include:\nDevelop MM test scenarios and test scripts.\nSupport unit, system integration and regression testing.\nCoordinate end-to-end business process testing.\nSupport UAT.\nAnalyze defects and provide root-cause analysis.\nCoordinate defect resolution with technical and cross-functional teams.\nSupport regression testing following SAP upgrades, patches and conversion activities.\nParticipate in mock conversion cycles.\n6.
