We collaborate with our customers to co-create solutions that drive enterprise-wide digitalization while actively working to address social issues and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).\nJob Title: SAP Project Manager- 11073\nShift Hours: 2PM-11PM\nLocations: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad\nExperience: 12+ Years\nJob Overview:\nPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager with expertise in Greenfield implementation and transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA using the SAP Activate Methodology.\nThe Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the migration project, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Planning and Strategy:\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive project plan for the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA using Greenfield implementation.\nDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with business goals and objectives.\nEstablish project governance structure, roles/responsibilities, and communication protocols to ensure effective project management.\nTeam Leadership and Management:\nLead and manage cross-functional project teams, including SAP consultants, technical experts, and business stakeholders.\nProvide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.\nFoster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.\nGreen Field Data Loads:\nOversee all aspects of the migration process, including data extraction, transformation, and loading using DS/ETL.\nCollaborate with technical teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the migration process.\nMonitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize downtime and disruptions during migration.\nStakeholder Engagement and Communication:\nAct as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT management, and project sponsors.\nProvide regular updates, progress reports, and presentations to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks.\nProactively address stakeholder concerns and expectations, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the migration process.\nQuality Assurance and Risk Management:\nImplement quality assurance processes and controls to ensure the successful delivery of the migration project within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.\nIdentify potential risks, issues, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and develop proactive mitigation strategies.\nConduct regular reviews and audits of project activities to monitor progress and address any deviations from the project plan.\nChange Management and Training:\nDevelop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of SAP S/4HANA and minimize resistance to change.\nPlan and coordinate training programs and knowledge transfer sessions to educate end-users on the new system and processes.\nProvide ongoing support and assistance to end-users during the transition period to ensure a smooth migration experience.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.\n8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective Data Transfer/Bluefield implementations and migrations.\nProven experience leading SAP S/4HANA migration projects, particularly using Greenfield implantation.\nExperience leading onshore and offshore SAP functional and technical teams.\nStrong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA modules, architecture, and migration tools.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nPMP certification or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.\nExperience in chemical and Petrochimical experience is added advantage.\nSAP Activate Methodology Certification is a plus.\nExperience with change management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management methodologies.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.\nPositive attitude and proactive nature to work with Cross-Teams.\nWorking knowledge of agile and waterfall development methodologies.\nSelf-motivated, strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.\nAt Fujitsu, we are committed to an inclusive recruitment process that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all applicants.
