This role emphasizes Agile/Scrum leadership, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement.\nTop 3 skills:\n5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.\nProven ability to lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and enforce best practices.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nResponsibilities\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.\nManage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate releases.\nEnsure adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement practices.\nTrack and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.\nEngage stakeholders to gather requirements and align deliverables.\nSupport cross-functional teams in iterative, fast-paced environments.\nMaintain effective communication for meetings, documentation, and stakeholder interactions.\nMandatory Skills\n5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.\nProven ability to lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and enforce best practices.\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\nExperience managing product backlogs and coordinating releases.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.\nFamiliarity with Agile project management tools (Azure DevOps Boards, Jira).\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nNice to Have Skills\nScrum Master or Agile certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP).\nExperience launching AI-enabled or KM products in enterprise or public sector environments.\nFamiliarity with hybrid Agile approaches (Scrum with Kanban or SAFe).\nExperience managing distributed, multicultural, or bilingual teams.\nKnowledge of regulatory, compliance, or security requirements in government projects.\nLocation & Work Arrangement\nMust reside in the Greater Ottawa/Gatineau area.\nHybrid work arrangement - onsite at least three days per week, with additional days as needed.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nCommitment to quality and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively.\nWillingness to learn new tools and technologies.\nEligibility for Reliability Security status; minimum five years’ residency in Canada\nAs of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is:\n$88,278 to $113,501\nPlacement in the range depends on several factors such as experience and skills and may change over time.
