The role combines manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), functional testing, and regression testing.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain ATF scripts for critical business processes, new features, integrations, and platform upgrades.\nCreate test strategies, plans, scenarios, cases, and acceptance criteria from functional and technical requirements.\nExecute manual and automated functional and regression testing across SecOps, Vulnerability Response, ITOM, ITSM, and integrations.\nValidate user interfaces, workflows, business rules, client scripts, reports, integrations, and data integrity.\nAnalyze test results, document and prioritize defects, and coordinate resolution using tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.\nMaintain regression suites and update automation coverage as the platform evolves.\nSupport performance testing to assess scalability and responsiveness.\nCommunicate progress, results, risks, and quality concerns to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and project managers throughout delivery.\nContinuously improve testing processes, tools, and automation practices.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n5+ years of QA/testing experience, including 4+ years testing ServiceNow implementations.\nHands-on experience designing, executing, and maintaining ServiceNow ATF tests.\nStrong functional and regression testing experience across ServiceNow modules, particularly SecOps, Vulnerability Response, ITOM, and ITSM.\nSolid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, terminology, data model, integrations, and defect lifecycles.\nExperience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.\nAbility to write clear test cases and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.\nPreferred Certifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).\nITIL or other relevant software testing or security
