You will work across complex customer environments and managed services, connecting regulation, risk, technology and delivery throughout the service lifecycle.\nYour role\nYou will provide security leadership across customer solutions and managed services, from early solution design and procurement through transition, transformation and operational delivery. Your role is to ensure that security and regulatory requirements are clearly defined, implemented, monitored and evidenced.\nKey responsibilities:\nLead security architecture for infrastructure, cloud, hybrid IT and managed-service environments.\nTranslate regulatory, contractual and policy requirements into practical architectural, technical and organizational controls.\nApply Security by Design and Privacy by Design throughout the solution and service lifecycle.\nPerform architecture reviews, risk assessments and control-gap analyses, recommending proportionate treatment and following findings through remediation or formal risk acceptance.\nSupport customer governance, audits, bids and contractual discussions, including clear decision material on security, cost, delivery impact and residual risk.\nWork with architects, specialists and delivery teams to ensure that security controls are implemented, operated and evidenced, not only documented.\nWe are looking for:\nExtensive experience in information or cybersecurity, with strong experience in security architecture and design.\nExperience working with regulatory, contractual and security requirements.\nExperience conducting security risk assessments, architecture reviews or compliance assessments.\nA good understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud and enterprise IT.\nThe ability to communicate security risks and recommendations to customers and senior stakeholders.\nProfessional fluency in Swedish and English.\nBonus if you have experience with:\nManaged services or complex customer environments.\nAudits, bids, RFPs and contractual discussions.\nWorking with regulatory and security frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, Säkerhetsskyddslagen, NIST and/or CIS Controls. \nLeading security work at customer-account level.\nThe person we think will succeed\nYou combine technical credibility with sound judgement and clear communication.
