We collaborate with our customers to co-create solutions that drive enterprise-wide digitalization while actively working to address social issues and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).\nJob Description :\nAdminister and maintain the SIEM platform to ensure high availability and optimal performance.\nConfigure, onboard, and normalize logs from various security devices and applications.\nDevelop, modify, and optimize SIEM correlation rules, dashboards, reports, and alerts.\nPerform SIEM health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning.\nTroubleshoot log collection, parsing, and indexing issues.\nIntegrate security technologies including:\nFirewalls\nIDS/IPS\nEndpoint Detection & Response (EDR)\nAntivirus solutions\nEmail Security Gateways\nActive Directory\nDNS\nProxy Servers\nCloud Security platforms\nWork closely with SOC Analysts to improve detection capabilities and reduce false positives.\nMonitor SIEM infrastructure, storage utilization, EPS (Events Per Second), and system performance.\nImplement log retention and archival policies in accordance with compliance requirements.\nPerform SIEM platform upgrades, patching, backup, and disaster recovery activities.\nDevelop automation scripts where applicable using PowerShell or Python.\nCreate and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.\nParticipate in incident investigations by providing log analysis and technical support.\nCoordinate with infrastructure, application, and security teams for log source onboarding and issue resolution.\nRequired Technical Skills\n5 to 10 years and Strong hands-on experience with one or more SIEM platforms:\nMicrosoft Sentinel\nSplunk Enterprise Security\nIBM QRadar\nArcSight\nLogRhythm\nKnowledge of Syslog, Windows Event Logs, CEF, JSON, XML, and API integrations.\nStrong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and common security protocols.\nExperience with Kusto Query Language (KQL), SPL, or AQL based on the SIEM platform.\nKnowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework.\nUnderstanding of security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response processes.\nFamiliarity with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.\nExperience with scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.\nExperience with SOAR platforms.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Defender XDR.\nUnderstanding of threat intelligence platforms.\nExperience with automation and orchestration.\nFamiliarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or NIST.\nCertifications (Preferred)\nMicrosoft SC-200\nMicrosoft AZ-500\nCompTIA Security+\nGIAC Certifications\nCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)\nCEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)\nECIH ( Incident Handler)\nAt Fujitsu, we are committed to an inclusive recruitment process that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all applicants.
