major incidents\nPerform packet captures, protocol analysis, and detailed log investigations to identify network anomalies.\nConfigure, validate, and support multi-vendor networking solutions including Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Fujitsu, and other industry-leading platforms\nSupport network implementation, migrations, expansions, and optimization activities\nConduct software upgrades, firmware updates, and hardware refresh activities in both lab and production environments\nDevelop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and operational workflows\nParticipate in network automation initiatives using modern scripting and automation frameworks\nDeliver exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and technical leadership.\nWork closely with Product Engineering, Software Development, NOC Operations, and third-party vendors\nParticipate in disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational risk reduction initiatives\nAbility to work in a 24x7 operational support environment and participate in on-call escalation rotations\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience\n5+ years of experience supporting enterprise, carrier, service provider, or data center networks\nExperience supporting optical transport technologies including DWDM, ROADM, OTN, and Carrier Ethernet solutions\nHands-on experience with Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Fujitsu, and other networking platforms\nStrong understanding of software lifecycle management, software maintenance, and upgrade methodologies\nExtensive experience with routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, and MPLS-based environments.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills\nCisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA, Nokia NRFI\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with network automation, orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies\nCisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIS/P, Nokia NRFII and ONF\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity principles and network security best practices\nWorking knowledge of Linux operating systems and virtualization technologies\nProficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Go, JavaScript, or similar
