both application and infrastructure domains.\nResponsibilites:\nPerform Project Manager duties, including defining scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, quality controls and reporting.\nPerform Service Delivery Manager duties by overseeing service performance, service-level commitments, customer satisfaction, operational governance and continual service improvement.\nPerform Transition Manager duties by coordinating knowledge transfer, operational readiness, acceptance criteria, cutover, stabilisation and handover to business-as-usual support.\nLead cross-functional teams involving application development and support, cloud, infrastructure, network, security, service desk, vendors and customer stakeholders.\nApply Agile and Scrum practices where appropriate while integrating project governance, ITIL service-management controls and organisational standards.\nManage application-related workstreams such as release readiness, deployment, integration, data migration, testing, support-model design and application lifecycle considerations.\nEnsure security, compliance, architecture, financial and contractual requirements are addressed throughout delivery and transition.\nBuild trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders, communicate progress transparently and manage expectations through change.\nIdentify transformation opportunities that improve service quality, automation, cost efficiency, scalability and user experience.\nExperience/ Skillsets:\nRelevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry, including substantial experience leading complex application and infrastructure projects, service delivery, transitions or transformations.\nStrong applications background across the delivery and support lifecycle, including development, testing, integration, release, deployment, maintenance and modernisation.\nWorking knowledge of infrastructure and cloud domains, including hosting, networks, security, environments, monitoring, resilience and disaster recovery.\nDemonstrated ability to operate in Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Transition Manager capacities across concurrent or integrated workstreams.\nProfessional certification in Agile or Scrum, Project Management Professional (PMP), and ITIL.\nProven experience managing complex stakeholders, customers, vendors, multidisciplinary teams and executive-level governance.\nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, facilitation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nAbility to work effectively in hybrid delivery environments that combine predictive project controls with Agile ways of
