We're searching for a high-performing Account Executive (Sales) who thrives on exceeding quotas and building lasting relationships to unlock new business and cultivate existing accounts to support our Singapore market.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Proactively identify customer needs and opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Analyse account performance and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations
- Utilise CRM software to manage account information and track performance
Who You Are
- Have at least 2 years of experience in account management or a related field
- Have a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving customer satisfaction
- A highly motivated and customer-focused individual
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a deep understanding of customer needs and a proven track record in account management
- Are adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills
